1.3 General Mobile Phone Use

  1. Personal use of mobile phones during work hours should be limited to essential communication.
  2. Mobile phones must be silenced during meetings, conferences, or any situation requiring undisturbed attention.
  3. Users must ensure their mobile devices are updated with the latest security patches and antivirus software.
  4. Access to company data via mobile phones must comply with authentication protocols (e.g., passwords, biometrics, or two-factor authentication).

1.4 Mobile App Use

  1. The organization's mobile app must only be downloaded from verified sources (e.g., App Store, Google Play Store).
  2. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their app login credentials.
  3. Unauthorized sharing or replication of app credentials is strictly prohibited.
  4. Updates to the app should be installed promptly to ensure access to the latest features and security enhancements.

2. Data Protection for Mobile Users and the App


2.1 Data Collection
