These bulbs produce heat and simulate moonlight for nocturnal reptiles and amphibians. They help produce natural looking surroundings and encourage correct feeding habits and make the animal feel more comfortable, without disturbing the animal's day and night cycle. The heat generated by these bulbs should be enough to provide tropical night time temperatures. Use them in addition to normal daytime lighting and heat. Rated at 60W, fitting is ES 25mm (1") screw type.
